Denyse Waissbluth is a Canadian author known for her work in children’s literature. She has a background in library and information studies, having worked as a librarian before turning to writing. Waissbluth holds a Master of Library and Information Studies degree from the University of British Columbia.
Her debut picture book, Teatime Around the World, was published by Greystone Kids in 2020. The book, illustrated by Chelsea O’Byrne, explores the tradition of tea drinking in various cultures and countries, introducing young readers to global customs and practices. Teatime Around the World has been noted for its educational content and multicultural perspective.
