Daniel King is an American author and screenwriter whose fiction spans the horror, crime and thriller genres. He made his literary debut with Table Scraps in 2021 and followed this with An Eye for Killing.

Another writer of the same name, Daniel King, is a historian specialising in the Pacific theatre of the Second World War, with works including The Last Zero Fighter and A Tomb Called Iwo Jima. He has conducted personal interviews with veterans and consulted on documentary and re-enactment projects.

The novelist Daniel King currently has at least two published works in fiction.
