Chris Chatterton biography

Chris Chatterton is a British illustrator and author known for his work in children’s publishing. He began his career in graphic design and animation, contributing to television and film projects before moving into illustration. Chatterton has illustrated numerous picture books, including the bestselling Ten Minutes to Bed series written by Rhiannon Fielding, published by Ladybird Books. His illustrations appear in titles such as Ten Minutes to Bed: Little Unicorn, Ten Minutes to Bed: Little Dinosaur, and Ten Minutes to Bed: Little Mermaid.

Chatterton is also the creator and author of the Gus series, which includes This is Gus and Gus Makes a Fuss, published by Macmillan Children’s Books. His work as an illustrator extends to collaborations with authors such as Kes Gray on Supermarket Gremlins and Peter Bently on Who’s Afraid of the Big Bad Bogey?

His books have been translated into multiple languages and are available internationally.
