Barbara Taylor is a British author and illustrator known for her non-fiction books for children, particularly in the fields of science and nature. She has written and contributed to numerous educational titles, often focusing on topics such as biology, zoology, and the environment. Taylor’s works include The Bird Atlas, The Animal Atlas, and The Human Body Book. Her books have been published by major publishers including Dorling Kindersley, Kingfisher, and Oxford University Press.
Barbara Taylor’s publications are widely used in schools and libraries, supporting science education for young readers. She has collaborated with other authors and illustrators on various projects, and her books have been translated into multiple languages.
