Alexandra Christo biography

Alexandra Christo is a British author known for writing young adult fantasy novels. Her debut novel, To Kill a Kingdom, was published by Hot Key Books in 2018. The book draws inspiration from Hans Christian Andersen’s The Little Mermaid and has been translated into multiple languages. Christo’s second novel, Into the Crooked Place, was released in 2019, followed by its sequel, City of Spells, in 2021. In 2022, she published Princess of Souls, also with Hot Key Books. Her works have been published in the United Kingdom and internationally. Christo holds a degree in Creative Writing and has worked in publishing and marketing. To Kill a Kingdom was shortlisted for the 2019 Waterstones Children’s Book Prize in the Older Fiction category.
