Alan Joyce biography
Alan Joyce is a British children’s author. He studied media and culture at the University of Sunderland.
In 2024, Joyce was shortlisted for the Times/Chicken House Children’s Fiction Competition.
His debut novel, The Galaxy World Cup, was published by Chicken House on 12 February 2026 (ISBN 9781917171366). The book features interior illustrations by Aleksei Bitskoff.
