Candy Bee is a children’s author based in London. She began writing stories inspired by the birth of her daughter.
Her work is aimed at very young readers and picture-book audiences. Themes include bedtime routines, family visits, and playful, silly scenarios.
Among her published titles are When We Go to Grandma’s House, illustrated by Corrie Gorman, released by HarperCollins Australia in May 2025; I Love You More Than… a Baboon’s Bum; Countdown to Bedtime Sleepy Bunny; Christmas? That’s Not Right!; and several others in the “Countdown to Bedtime” and seasonal / holiday picture-book categories.
Candy Bee publishes under a pseudonym, and her author biography describes her as “a creative creature who loves spending time in the magical world of unicorns and dragons and with her many furry friends.”
Her picture book When We Go to Grandma’s House is 32 pages long, published on 8 May 2025 in Australia by HarperCollins Children’s Books, with ISBN 9780008735456.
